Adult sized children who weigh 150 pounds or greater should take the full adult dose of 130mg daily. Children who are three years to eighteen years of age should take half a tablet daily, or 65mg.

Children one month to three years in age should be given 32mg, or one-fourth of a tablet daily. Newborns less than one-month-old should be administered about one-eighth of a tablet or 16mg daily.
